Essentially, Music Therapy education and training  involves clinical internship training along with the theory and practical  classes. The PGDMT students take up  the  internship training across the country either in Chennai, Hyderabad or Pondicherry.

This is  a part of the one year PGDMT program.  The online program is open to any one interested in understanding the therapeutic effects of music and specially  for people  working in health care sector. CPMT program provides a strong foundational knowledge base in music therapy and also will help one to integrate music in every day life as a self-care measure. The participants will be able to  understand better the relationship between music, health and wellness after finishing the course. The course also prepare the candidates to begin their practice as wellness trainers.

The student coordinators and student advisors are available to counsel students who like to know more about  the  weekday morning  CPMT/PGDMT course that are scheduled to start on 13 4 2024

We have recently launched a series of short term courses for qualified music therapists to specialise in community-based music therapy. The school has also introduced many short term webinars for creating awareness and  sensitize on the health benefits of integrating music in every day life.

Recently, we have launched a Telehealth program for children (Swastha)  to create an interest in children for music and initiate them to using music as a self care tool in their every day life. Also a telehealth program (Chikitsa)  for children with special needs is also launched.
